SERVICES in the Maintenance sector

Comprehensive programs for medical and industrial  gas pipeline systems that includes periodic testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, verification, utility system audits, decontamination services, engineering services, education and training.

We have a specialized team for the design, assembly, and commissioning of medicinal gas and hospital vacuum systems, capable of efficiently supplying the various functional areas of a healthcare institution with the highest safety standards. This ensures compliance with regulations according to NFPA 99, resulting in customer satisfaction regarding requirements for oxygen, air, nitrogen, CO₂, vacuum solutions, and the evacuation of anesthetic gases.

We carry out projects in construction processes, as well as for entities with all services enabled and operational that require modifications, expansions, or the creation of new areas with the supply of medicinal gases and/or vacuum systems.

Piping for the distribution of medical gases such as oxygen, nitrous oxide, compressed air, carbon dioxide, and helium.

TRIGAS offers a complete line of FDA certified Medical gas outlet

An outlet point in a piped Healthcare/Medical Gas distribution system at which the user makes connections and disconnection,

Laboratory systems and gases include Compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, argon,  CO2, vacuum and helium that supply the laboratory areas of the building or project area.

Oxygen; Medical Compressed Air; Medical Vacuum; Nitrous Oxide; Nitrogen; CO2; Waste Anesthetic Gas Disposal (WAGD)

Our engineers are certified ASSE – The American Society of Sanitary Engineers (ASSE) administers the certification program.

Asse

  • The medical pipeline system
  • Medical gas outlets and zone valves
  • Master and local alarms

Preventive Maintenance

  • Scheduled to manufacturer’s recommendations
  • Helps assure patient safety by reducing emergency repairs and unexpected service disruptions

Service

  • Our technicians can install major brands and perform repairs on most components of the medical pipeline system.
  • Medical gas components are adjusted and calibrated to NFPA and OEM specifications.

Purging is required for new systems. Existing piping sometimes requires purging to remove contaminants that get trapped in the system. The system is flushed to remove particulates, standing water, oil, and gaseous contaminants.

Our decontamination program meets NFPA and CGA standards.

TRIGAS has different components to carry out the maintenance of our clients from various brands. In addition, we have our own high-performance brand, designed for heavy duty, light duty and precision work. For each of these cases, one of our engineers will be recommending the appropriate equipment for your process. These include regulators, flowmeters, wall outlets, among others.
